County and City Leaders have a proven track record of working
with industry to ensure growth and development.
—On a City owned piece of property, like one of the three
industrial parks, we can provide some site preparation work
and utility location assistance.
—The Grenada County Board of Supervisors and the City
of Grenada have never denied any request for legal tax credits,
abatements and other incentives allowed by law.
—We will also consider any other incentives that would
assist you in the location process.
—The City, or other 3rd party, could possibly build a
custom facility in the Air Industrial Park and lease it to a
company under an attractive lease-purchase arrangement. We have
several finance programs that may be available. If you decide
you would rather own a facility, there are other options available
to you, and we could consider those.
—Hiring support and technical skill training will be provided
by Holmes Community College Workforce Development Center.
—Grants for infrastructure improvements, etc. will be
applied for by the Grenada County Board of Supervisors through
North Central Planning and Development District. |
