Attendants
at the Grenada Lake Visitor Center are ready to provide
assistance and current information on the activities
and special events happening at the project.
A short three-screen
theater presentation covers the building of the dam,
project management, and available recreational facilities.
Many interesting displays and exhibits on the cultural
history of the area and local wildlife are also available.
The visitor center also boasts an observation deck overlooking
the lake. Books, post cards, and other interpretive
materials are available for purchase at the Visitor
Center from a non-profit cooperative association.
The Visitor’s
Center has a meeting room suitable for business meetings
or group gatherings. Catering service is available.
